What if I have a dental emergency?
- Upon signing up just select the "first of the month" as your
activation date, then bring the Careington phone number with you to
your appointment. The dental office will typically be able to
verify your eligibility that day or within 24 hours.

What is your refund policy?
- You can cancel in
30 days and receive a full refund, less your processing fee.
Who is included under the family dental plan?
- All permanent residents of the members household are included.
When signing up there is an area to enter all the family members
names to be included in the second step of the sign up process.
What is the monthly cost of this plan, and how do I sign up?
How much can I save with this plan?
- You can save 20% - 60% with the dental plan and 15% - 45% with the vision plan. The fee schedule applies to General Dentists. Participating specialists will give a 20% discount on all services except implants and "work in progress".
If I move, can I still use the plan?
- You can use any of Careington's participating Dentists nationwide without notifying Careington (the new Dentist will call to verify membership).
Can I nominate my dentist if they are not in your network?
- Of course, a representative will contact your dentist to begin the credentialing process. Call us to refer your dentist.
What if I want to change my dentist?
- With nearly 64,000 dental providers changing your dentist is as simple as picking one from our extensive network and making an appointment You can change dentists at any time!
Do I need a referral to see a specialist?
- You can visit any specialist without a referral, simply choose your specialist from nearly 64,000 dental providers and make your appointment.
Can I just use the plan for orthodontics?
- Yes, orthodontics is one of the many reasons people purchase our plan.
How do I pay my Membership Fee?
- We have the best rates on the web, you can sign up online 24
hours a day! Our membership is only $11.95/month or $108.00/year and includes your entire household from just one person to many! (please note there is a one time $20 non refundable processing fee at sign up)
